ABD Insurance & Financial Services Names Brent Rineck as CIO [Professional Services Close – Up]

ABD Insurance & Financial Services, Inc. announced the addition of Brent Rineck as Chief Information Officer.
According to a release, Brent will provide technology vision and leadership, while overseeing the integration of information systems to grow the business and provide exceptional customer service.
Brent has 28 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on product development and business applications. He started his career in information systems at Northwestern Mutual in Milwaukee. Moving to the Bay Area in 1998, Brent led product management at InsWeb before starting with BenefitPoint as Director of Product Management in 2000. With the acquisition of BenefitPoint by Vertafore in 2006, he continued as vice president in both product and account management functions. Brent holds an MBA from Marquette University.
"Brent has a blended experience of traditional IT, application development, sales and customer service; he has a track record we believe we can trust to execute on highly strategic initiatives," said Kurt de Grosz, President.
