Lewandowski is in the process of constructing a 2,152 square foot garage there after town officials granted permission for the building project last year.
Glenn and Irene Schwartzes, however, argue that the easement through their property was not intended for the large-scale project Lewandowski is using it for.
According to statements made by both parties in court, arguments have been ongoing and confrontational.

The couple filed a countersuit in August, in which they did not ask for a certain amount of money but requested damages associated with the emotional distress they contend Lewandowski inflicted on them.
In the countersuit, the Schwartzes accuse Lewandowski of bullying them over the proposed land swap. They also say he disrupted electrical work necessary at their house and physically and verbally threatened them with a baseball bat.
According to court documents, Lewandowski has used the easement to get construction workers and equipment to the site where his garage is being built.
He alleges that the Schwartzes have continually harassed workers at the site, along with using cars and bushes to block the easement, putting stress on his wife and family while he often travels for work.
A judge ruled in December that the easement needed to be insured and that its use was to be limited to construction vehicles and any future occupants of the property.
