Scottsdale 20-30 Hosts Annual Fundraiser For Children’s Charity
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz, Sept. 12, 2014 - Scottsdale 20-30, a nonprofit organization founded with the objective of supporting children’s charities, is hosting their annual NiteFlite Gala fundraiser to entertain and educate others about the needs of Arizona’s children. J.R. Jordan, Sr. Vice President of Colorado Bankers Services, spends his free time raising money for children’s charities and is excited to be helping out with this event.
NiteFlite is one of Scottsdale largest event of the year. This event starts with a Charity Golf Tournament and Awards Ceremony on Fri., Oct., 17. The NiteFlite Gala will then be held on Sat., Oct. 25. Local Celebrity Dave Pratt will be attending the Gala. Attendees will also be able to enjoy special wines from the local winery. Complimentary food and desserts will be provided by the Valley’s best restaurants.
Scottsdale 20-30 was chartered in 1987 by five young, tenacious Scottsdale men who wanted to build a forum for people to give back to their community, with the objective to support children’s charities. Since their inception, the Club has grown to a group of 50 members and has raised millions of dollars for kids’ charities. By hosting special events, the Club draws the community together to raise funds for, and to educate our citizens about the financial, medical, and emotional needs of Arizona’s children.
