National Life Group Hires Vice President & Regional Development Officer
Montpelier, Vermont – National Life Group has appointed Rick Cederberg as vice president and regional development officer.
Cederberg will work with National Life Group’s general agents to develop and enhance the company’s distribution among career agents, said Ruth Smith, executive vice president and head of the Protection Division.
“With an impressive skill set and distinguished record, we are delighted that Rick will be joining our growing Career Field Leadership Team,” Smith said.
Cederberg has spent 30 years in the industry, including in top leadership positions with MetLife and Prudential.
For the past 13 years, he was managing director at MetLife, where he was responsible for working with agencies, recruiting and sales development.
Prior to that, Cederberg held a variety of roles at Prudential Preferred, including as regional vice president overseeing the Southwestern territory.
