The audit found nine properties were not in compliance with requirements of the Community Rating Program.

Some Mystic residents demanded that the town reimburse them for the loss or possibly face a class-action lawsuit.
Simmons said this week that just one property remains out of compliance but the homeowner is willing to work with the town to solve the problems.
Simmons said the property has been inspected and bids are being sought for the work. He said the town may assist the owner in some way with the cost.
Once the home is in compliance, Simmons said the town can then apply to have the discount reinstated.
Each month since the summer of 2015, another group of homeowners have their premiums come due without the discount.
