Sen. Isakson Introduces Bill on Child Care Providers Liability Insurance

WASHINGTON, Sept. 30 -- Sen. Johnny Isakson, R-Ga., has introduced legislation (S. 3406) to amend the Child Care and Development Block Grant Act of 1990 "to require child care providers to provide to parents information regarding whether such providers carry liability insurance."
The bill was introduced on Sept. 28. It was referred to the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee.
