Health insurance market complexities compound the problem of fixing what's broken. We urge legislators of both parties and the governor to work together for a solution. We should all have the same goal: Making sure Minnesotans can buy affordable health insurance in a market-driven system.
The price increase affects only the 5 percent of the public who buy their insurance on the individual market. Many thousands more Minnesotans are covered by other kinds of health insurance.

It's good to see that GOP House Speaker
We're sure there are sound ideas on both sides to help fix this problem. Let's hope all are serious about solutions and that this doesn't end up being another political football to serve as fodder for electioneering.
