So far, he has been called after hours to deal with a bad roll-over accident and a number of burglaries.

"You have to stand out by showing you're above the rest," he said. "We do it by providing value ... And being known throughout the community as a servant. As someone not just out to make a buck."

He said being his own boss allows him to have a flexible schedule, but not in the way most would think.
"I can put as much into this as I want," he said. "As a business owner, I can shape how big I want things to be or how little. In my case, I want to continue growing."
