"People still use it, even though it's closed," Wheatley said. "But it's in pretty bad shape."
"It's not really that usable," Hall said. "There are concrete barricades that somebody has moved so they could get around them. It's a use-at-your-own-risk situation."
It began trying to get possession of the property in 2005, when the Corps first offered to give the property to the county.
