"The entire home was completely gutted," Leonard said. "There was no Sheetrock, just stud-framed walls. All the wall coverings had been removed.
Fuqua said a couple weeks ago, a "for sale" sign was placed in the front yard.
"It was for sale, for someone to come in and fix it up," Leonard added. "It would have been a beautiful home."
