Regulators warn of revoked bail bonds company linked to Frederick County

According to the attorney general's office, because of those complaints and others, criminal charges are currently pending against Johnson Sr. and there is an active warrant for his arrest.
In court records, the insurance administration outlined efforts they've taken to contact each of the defendants regarding the lawsuit.
