Former Co-Workers File Claims In Attorney’s Estate
Earlier this week, attorneys who had worked at the firm added their claims.

In court records, Boller and Weilein, who have since started up their own practice, said they had no knowledge of Roth's conduct and couldn't have known because of the nature of the deception. This included operating a secret financial account, making unauthorized withdrawals from the attorneys' trust account, forging shareholders' names on loan documents and misappropriating funds.
The claims are asking the court to place in the estate any life insurance proceeds Roth's family may have received. The claimants argue Roth paid the policy premiums with fraudulently obtained funds, court records state.
