Trillium's case load has boomed in step with
Trillium's membership has increased about 53 percent since then, from 57,000 to roughly 87,000.
Agate is a private company, owned by a group of about 300 doctors who serve as shareholders. But Trillium, as a provider of publicly funded insurance plans, has disclosed 2012 and 2013 financial reports to the state.
