EDITORIAL: Forget ‘repeal, replace.’ Fix Obamacare with these 4 tweaks.
At this moment, when any attempt at repeal would only result in a presidential veto, Congress should focus instead on tweaking the Affordable Care Act in a bi-partisan way, to eliminate its glitches. Both Medicare and Social Security had their glitches when they were rolled out. The maximum for 2015 is $6,600 for an individual and $13,200 for a family plan.
