What issue outside of the "private option" will be the most significant issue facing Arkansans when the
Fite: There are several issues that I expect to dominate the 2015 session. We'll be dealing with educational issues, including school insurance, broadband access and juvenile justice; and also with prison overcrowding and whether or not to build a new prison facility.
Do you support/oppose Ballot Issue 3, which would: allow legislators to serve 16 years total in the

Fite: I support Ballot Issue 1. An unintended consequence of term limits has been to make state agencies more powerful. Legislative committees often have little time to review proposed rule changes and to discuss these changes with constituents. Ballot Issue 1 would benefit the people of
