Hanover Twp. woman faces arson charge after allegedly setting fire to her home

Dunn went to see what was on fire and found a lit candle lying under Jaikes' porch, which was beginning to burn an old mop, police said. He ran to grab three cups of water to dump on the fire to extinguish it.
