Allowing greater building height limit goes to Key West voters

The referendum would allow buildings to exceed current height limits to go to a maximum of 40 feet if they are elevated. Depending on where you live within the city, the current limits are from 25 feet high up to 40 feet.

Fraser reiterated that the "biggest bang for your buck" is getting to BFE, but he also wants residents to account for
