Ordering paragraph (D) requires the exemptee, within 45 days of the issuance date of the exemption, to file revised Exhibit G drawings for Commission approval, which comply with the Commission's regulations under 18 C.F.R. section 4.39 and 4.41. 4. The revised Exhibit G drawings filed by the exemptee are not acceptable and must be revised. Specifically, the drawing labeled "G-1 Vicinity Map" must be legible. In addition, the drawing labeled "Project Boundary Map G-2" is missing the following information: 1) a surveyor stamp, 2) three reference points, 3) a numerical scale, and 4) a directional arrow. These drawing deficiencies were described in the exemption order at page 15, and the exemptee is encouraged to become familiar with the requirements for exhibit drawings as described in the Commission's regulations 18 C.F.R. section 4.39 and 4.41. Finally, both G-1 and G-2 are in color and the exemptee must convert the drawings to black and white format and verify they are clearly legible.

However, the exemptee is reminded it must adhere to the deadlines for filing requirements in the exemption order. Any party may file a request for rehearing of this order within 30 days from the date of its issuance, as provided in section 313(a) of the Federal Power Act, 16 U.S.C. section 825l (2012), and the Commission's regulations at 18 C.F.R. section 385.713 (2014). The filing of a request for rehearing does not operate as a stay of the effective date of this order, or of any other date specified in this order. The exemptee's failure to file a request for rehearing shall constitute acceptance of this order.
