According to a criminal complaint, Carlson was driving north on the 200 block of
Authorities said two children, both under 10 years old, were passengers in Carlson's car.
Online court records show Carlson was also cited for driving without insurance, speeding, driving left of the center line and refusing to take a test for intoxication after arrest.
The criminal complaint does not mention any injuries as a result of the crash, and Carlson was not charged with intoxicated driving causing injury.
