Mynes approached the vehicle and asked for license, registration and proof of insurance. When the driver (Farley) answered, Mynes allegedly noticed that she had slurred speech, blood shot eyes and an alcoholic odor emitting from her breath. Mynes asked Farley if she had had anything to drink, to which she reportedly answered that she'd had a couple.
Mynes noted that Farley was unsteady upon exiting the vehicle. Farley was then given a Preliminary Breath Test on which she allegedly registered a .287. She was also given a series of three field sobriety tests -- the walk and turn test, one-leg stand and horizontal gaze nystagmus. She reportedly failed all three tests.
