Turnage said Bennett "suffered a cervical fracture and multiple blunt force traumas.

Magri said the other two patrons hurt in the accident suffered minor injuries.
"It appears the vehicle failed to stop, causing it to proceed into the building," Magri said.
Williams and a passenger in the vehicle were not injured.
Magri said Williams was arrested for driving without insurance. Because the accident caused a fatality, Magri said state law required officials to draw Williams' blood to be screened.
Magri said the incident is still under investigation.
