Ellison jailed on drug charges

According to the arrest citation, Ellison was pulled over for taking a wide right turn and being on the wrong side of the road. The officer said upon contact he had slurred speech. As a result of a search, police found 18 white capsules believed to be gabapentin, half of a blue round tablet believed to be oxycodone, one Suboxone strip, nine white round tablets and six yellow tablets believed to be clonazepam.
Ellison was also charged with rear license not illuminated, failure to produce an insurance card, failure to wear a seat belt, illegal possession of a legend drug, improper turning and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was lodged in the

According to the arrest citation, Farr was "manifesting extreme indifference to the value of human life" when he shot a loaded silver pistol in the air in the parking lot. The report states several witnesses said they saw Farr with the firearm in the parking lot and heard the gun shot.
The citation states once the pistol was recovered it was not registered to Farr. He was charged with receiving stolen property (firearm). He was also charged with third-degree criminal trespassing for being on property belonging to
