On Friday, United Steelworkers members voted 128-120 against concessions including a 7 percent wage cut, elimination of the employer contribution to a 401K and changes to the health insurance that were the latest concessions sought by EveryWare as it attempts to stay in business.
The union represents about 370 of the 445 employed at the factory.
EveryWare's problems began earlier this year when the company defaulted on its loans when it failed to meet leverage ratio requirements for the first and second quarters of 2014.

From his experience with the plant and knowing what it produces, he said he can't imagine the company closing.
"I don't think you can let all of that business go," Leone said.
He's also received an inquiry from a party interested in acquiring the plant. They didn't specify their interest in it, but asked the borough of its availability.
"What they would do with it, I'm not sure," Leone said.
