A third client reported that in February, Hinkle kept lifting her thong underwear during a mud wrap, documents show. At a March appointment, he allegedly told the client he had waxed his genital area since he last saw her, according to documents.
A fourth client reported that in March, she signed a consent form for a breast massage. During the massage, Hinkle and the client engaged in sexual intercourse, documents show.
