WASHINGTON, July 12 -- R.J. Zaval & Sons Inc., East Grand Forks, Minnesota, was awarded a $12,272,783 federal contract by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul, Minnesota, for the Roseau Flood Risk Management Project to construct a 6,500 foot diversion channel, a channel inlet structure, a concrete restriction structure and drainage system. Place of performance will be in Roseau, Minnesota.
