But then snowy, frigid weather interfered. Fortunately, recent months have brought a wave of interest in the development -- to the point where the site might be fully occupied when the doors open this fall, Corson said.
"We were planning to finish the building, open it up and concentrate on a lot of the interior work as we added tenants," he said. "But we've got 85 percent of the place occupied -- and interest in the rest."

"ProCare's a pretty large rehab company ... and we're working on a deal with a pretty large tenant that could be 30 jobs by themselves," Corson said. "We're excited that we'll be bringing some jobs to the area."

Corson said the second phase of Oakridge has been in the planning stages for years.
Corson said Wednesday the site will have at least 130 parking spaces.
If all goes as planned, the location will open
"We're getting closer," he said. "For me, it's astounding to come up Eisenhower and see it there in the distance. I can't wait to get it finished."
