Mancini conceded Crestwood's rejection of the proposed budget is almost certainly "symbolic." The budget must be ratified by the school boards of the five member districts, requiring a simple a majority of all 45 members (nine on each board), and Mancini believes that threshold will be easily met even even with Crestwood's rejection of the budget.
