DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: The
All labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to provide curriculum development and related services for the CPS.
Scope of services include: project management, instructional design, release management, content development, delivery facilitation and instruction for pilots and limited continued instruction, training services (e.g. train-the-trainer sessions), other related curriculum development and educational support services (such as strategy recommendations, electronic performance support elements including guided tutorials and intelligent tutors, templates and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development and revisions, mobile learning applications, and any other deliverable that can be utilized to close an employee's competency/performance gap).
DURATION: Performance period is estimated to be a 12 month ordering period with two 6-month option ordering periods from the date of establishment.

METHOD OF AWARD: IN ACCORDANCE WITH 38 U.S.C. 812.7 (D): THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET ASIDE 100% FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES (SDVOSBs). THE GOVERNMENT CONTEMPLATES ESTABLISHMENT OF A SINGLE-ISSUE BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA). Establishment will be made on a competitive basis under Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to a responsible and responsive service-disabled veteran-owned small business responding to the solicitation.
OBTAINING SOLICITATION MATERIALS: Solicitation material consisting of the Request For Quotations (RFQ) may be accessed ONLY via FedBizOpps at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. No telephone requests will be accepted. The solicitation and attachments, if any, is anticipated for release on or about
SOLICITATION AMENDMENTS: Any amendments to the solicitation will be uploaded to FedBizOpps. Quoters are reminded that they are responsible for obtaining and acknowledging any and all amendments to this solicitation prior to the time for receipt of quotations. Paper copies of the amendments will NOT be individually mailed.
