Following up his investigation, Carter found that Vance had backed his vehicle into a male and pinned him between the Neon and a parked van. Vance allegedly fled the scene without rendering aid or giving any information.
Carter was also informed that Vance had been charged with DUI and driving while suspended/revoked for DUI and convicted of both charges.
Vance was charged with no insurance, leaving scene of accident, driver's license revoked for DUI, DUI causing personal injury and DUI (2nd offense). His bail was set at

Bryant did return to the scene where she was stopped by W.Va. State Trooper
A license check on Bryant revealed that her license was revoked for an active DUI and a criminal history check showed that she had a previous conviction for DUI and a pending driving revoked for DUI charge.
