"He felt a lot of responsibility toward the tenants and the employees in the building," Hardy said of Castrop. "He's certainly happy the next stage is beginning and he's done with his role as receiver."
Washington Square, a
Nemeth said Washington Square's team is very busy working on the ownership transition and trying to make it as seamless as possible. "It marks a new beginning for the building," he said.
"We think something is going to happen," he said, "but we'd like to know what's going to happen."
