WASHINGTON, Dec. 20 -- Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., has introduced legislation (S. 1851) to "provide for incentives to encourage health insurance coverage."
The bill was introduced on Dec. 18.
The legislation was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
