The surge was triggered by several factors including collaboration with major insurance carriers, the acquisition of Insurers World as well as a nationwide expansion of the Enservio on-site inventory service.
Last year’s February 2012 acquisition of Insurers World empowered Enservio to offer a full range of new solutions including content inventory services and enhanced claims software and services to property insurers nationwide. Today, Enservio provides solutions to 12 of the top 15 largest property insurers in the nation and employs more than 450 people servicing 300 carrier customers.
Expansion of Property Inventory Services
Enservio leveraged its acquisition of Insurers World to expand on-site inventory services. The expansion reflects the full integration of Insurers World's Service On Site (SOS) content inventory offering with Enservio's staff of field inventory specialists. Enservio also launched the new website “Know What’s Inside,” which helps property insurance carriers and claims adjusters solve complex property insurance issues.
Enservio deployed its nationwide network of on-site inventory specialists, the SOS Contents team, to assist commercial and residential owners in areas affected by Superstorm Sandy. Further south, the Sunshine State Insurance Company partnered with Enservio following a tornado that rampaged through several mid-Florida towns. Enservio inventory specialists worked with policyholders in their homes to help submit and expedite claims more quickly.
