He provides advisory services to businesses and their owners. Dougherty has provided expert witness testimony and support on cases in local courts. A frequent speaker at new tax law updates, he provides presentations to corporations, associations and service clubs. He serves on various local boards of directors, including the Financial Planning Association of the San Joaquin Valley and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Jo Ellen Faria-Flemmer
Faria-Flemmer is a mortgage adviser with 30 years in the mortgage lending, banking and real estate business. She is an active member supporting the Lodi Association of Realtors and several of its committees. She has been a member of the Lodi-Tokay Rotary Club for 22 years and served as its president in 2004-05. She has been a member of the Lodi Chamber of Commerce since 1999.
Feng has been working in the financial services industry for more than 20 years and currently works as a financial adviser for the MEMBERS Financial Services Program at Financial Center Credit Union. He is a chartered retirement planning counselor, and more than 85 percent of his clients are 50 and older. He earned his master's degree in business administration from University of the Pacific and has a master's degree in physics from the University of Massachusetts.
Jimison is an independent agent with Genworth Life Insurance Co. She specializes in long-term care insurance as well as life insurance and medical supplement plans. She advises her clients on long-term care planning and assists them in designing plans for their families and individuals. She is a graduate of the University California, Los Angeles, with degrees in English literature and business administration.
Klor has been a Stockton-based tax and financial adviser since 1993. He has earned the enrolled agent designation to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. He offers securities and investments as a registered representative through Royal Alliance Association Inc. He attended California State University, San Diego, and earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from California State University, Stanislaus. Olsen is a certified financial planner with Olsen and Associates, a financial advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services in Lodi. He has been a financial planner for more than 29 years, of which 27 are with Ameriprise. He is vice president of GOTKIDS, a foundation serving the needs of the children in the Lodi Unified School District, a 25-year member of the Financial Planning Association of San Joaquin Valley and a 20-year member of the Lodi Tokay Rotary Club.
