Currently eligible states include Alaska, Arizona, California (No Workers Comp), Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Maryland, Mississippi, Minnesota, Montana, North Carolina, North Dakota, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York (No Workers Comp), Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
