Helen L. McCullough, 97, died peacefully on Sunday, November 25, 2012 at Ephrata Manor Nursing Home. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late George and Ada Taggart Eckert. She was the wife of Henry S. McCullough and the late Raymond J. Krushinski who died in 1957.
Helen was a member of Holy Spirit Lutheran Church, Lancaster. She worked as a secretary for Metropolitan Life, Solanco School District and retired from Teacher's and Protective Life Insurance Company.
Helen enjoyed dancing, -listening to Big Band music and completing jig-saw puzzles with her husband. She will be warmly remembered as a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
In addition to her husband, Helen is survived by her son, Michael R. husband of Joyce Buckwalter Krushinski; four grandsons, Jason husband of Brenda Loozen Krushinski, Erik husband of Jennifer Raichle Krushinski, Scott husband of Anna Smith Krushinski, Brad husband of Andrea Kinsey Krushinski and ten great-grandchildren.
In accordance with Helen's wishes, her Memorial Service and Interment will be private for the immediate family. Please omit flowers; Memorials may be made in Helen's name to Ephrata Manor - Benevolent Fund, 99 Bethany Road, Ephrata, PA 17522.
