24% Recruitment Increase Marks the Best First Half in the Company’s 152 Year History
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America (Guardian) today announced that it has recruited 446 new financial representatives in the first half of 2012, the most ever for this time period in the company’s 152-year history. The 24% year over year increase puts the Company well ahead of its stated goal of adding 840 new financial representatives in 2012. Guardian Financial representatives also typically lead the insurance industry with a success rate 2.5x the industry average1.
