EVENT: United States Senate floor meets at 2 p.m. resume consideration of the Motion to Proceed to S.1940, to amends the "National Flood Insurance Act." At a time TBD the Senate will agree to the Motion to Proceed to S.1940. At 5:30 p.m., the Senate will proceed to vote on the Motion to Invoke Cloture on the Motion to Concur in the House amendment to S.3187, the "FDA Safety and Innovation Act."
