Item Notes: The South Dakota Office of the Governor is requesting proposals from vendors who will design and conduct a state-specific survey to help the State of South Dakota inform the design of a state-based American Health Benefit Exchanges and the Small Business Health Options Program here to fore known as "exchange" as required by HR 3590 Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA). Applicable sections include 1302, 1311, 1411, 1412, 1413, 2201 and 2202. The Office of the Governor is the issuing office for this document and all subsequent addenda relating to it, on behalf of the State of South Dakota, the Office of the Governor.
