The Allstate Corp. will conduct a conference call and webcast at 9 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on Thursday, Feb. 7 to discuss fourth quarter 2012 earnings.

According to a release, the company will issue a news release announcing quarterly results at or after 4:05 p.m. ET on Wednesday, Feb. 6. Shortly thereafter, the company plans to post supplementary financial and statistical information online. These materials will be available on Allstate's website at allstateinvestors.com.

The investor webcast also can be accessed at allstateinvestors.com. For those unable to participate in the live event, a webcast replay and downloadable MP3 file will be posted on the company's website shortly after the event ends.

The company's 2012 Annual Report on Form 10-K will be filed by its due date of March 1.
