Dec. 02--The Ector County Hospital District Board will meet 5:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Medical Center Hospital board room.

During the Chief Executive Officer's Report, the board will discuss a run-out agreement in order to switch health insurance providers from Allied Benefit to United Medical, Chief Executive Bill Webster said.

The board will also discuss a resolution to grant Chief Financial Officer Jon Riggs the authority to conduct transactions with Southwest Securities.

Riggs replaced Robert Abernethy as CFO in October, after Abernethy retired.

The board will also consider the annual renewal of their assistance program.

In other business, the board will also hear:

--December employees of the month.

--Committee reports.

--Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center report.

--ECHD Board of Director's meeting date change to Feb. 5, 2013.
