Vermont Democratic Party Executive Director Julia Barnes's reaction to news that Vermont tops the nation in health insurance rebates:

"Through the Affordable Care Act, these rebates are another example of how health care reform will serve the best interests of Vermonters, not the insurance companies that currently monopolize our nation's health care industry," said Executive Director Barnes. "Every year, too many Vermont families lose their hard-earned dollars to administrative fees and confusing policies. The ACA continues to brings us another step closer to providing quality health care that doesn't bankrupt our most vulnerable."
