MADISON, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Health Strategy Associates Principal Joseph Paduda, author of the popular www.ManagedCareMatters.com blog will keynote Montana’s 2012 Governor’s Conference on Workers’ Compensation and Safety. Also known as “The Governor’s Conference,” it will be held Sept. 19-21 at the Big Sky Resort, about 30 miles south of Bozeman, Mont.
