NORTHUMBERLAND, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Keystone Insurers Group’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing Elizabeth Schenk announced today the addition of three new franchise partners in Georgia. They are Burch Insurance Agency of Hiawassee; Worth Insurance Agency of Sylvester; and Zorn & Son Insurance of Vidalia.

“I am thrilled to announce our three new partners in Georgia. Each agency has strong roots in their community and a reputation within the industry,” said Schenk. “With five agency partners now on board, we are well on our way to building Keystone’s presence in the great state of Georgia.”

About the new Keystone partners:

Burch Insurance Agency After earning a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia, Danny Burch gained 10 years of experience in the insurance business as a producer for a local independent agency. In 1998, he started his own business, the Danny Burch Insurance Agency. Two years later, he purchased JW Denton Agency, a local independent agency, incorporating the business in 2002 as DBIA Inc. In that same year, Danny added his son, Tim, as part owner and producer and opened a second office in Hayesville, N.C. Today, the agency, based in Hiawassee, remains a family operation run by Danny, Tim, and Tim’s wife, Melissa. For more information, visit www.burchinsagency.com.

Worth Insurance AgencyHeadquartered in Sylvester, Ga., the firm has a satellite office in Tifton. The agency was established in 1964 by William “Ridley” Monk. In 1975, Ridley’s son Bob joined the agency as a producer and subsequently became part owner with his father. In 2004 Bob’s son David became the third generation in the Monk family to work at the agency. Ridley retired in 2006, and the agency was purchased in its entirety by Bob Monk, who is the current president of Independent Insurance Agents (IIA) of Georgia.
