“This change reflects the more strategic nature of Jack’s responsibilities,” said NAILBA Chairman of the Board Dexter S. Umekubo, CLU, ChFC, adding, “His leadership since accepting the role of Executive Director hasreinforced the association’s relationship with our industry counterparts, and his new title more accurately recognizes his efforts.”

“I look forward to continuing my work with NAILBA’s volunteer leadership and staff, and to strengthening the voice of the independent brokerage channel,” said Chiasson. “Working together, we will advance the organization’s strategic plan and continue to serve as the national association of life, health and annuity distributors.”

“We have a great deal of respect and appreciation for what Jack has done, and continues to do, for the association,” stated Chair-Elect Raymond S. Phillips, CLU, LTCP. “We are grateful for his strong management and creative vision, and look forward to his continued guidance.
