AXA PPP healthcare has been named the UK’s ‘Best Direct PMI Provider’ in
the Your Money Direct Awards 2012.
The company was among six PMI
providers put to the test by 200 mystery shoppers, and received the
highest score for the quality and efficiency of its sales service and
knowledge and courtesy of its employees.

access AXA PPP’s telephone-based Dedicated Nurse service for one-to-one
medical and emotional support and guidance about their condition and its
treatment. Also introduced this year, AXA PPP’s fast
track booking service helps members whose GPs refer them to a
specialist for investigation and treatment without naming a particular
specialist for their consultation. By applying its knowledge of
specialists’ clinical practice, the healthcare company can identify and
offer an appointment with a suitable specialist at the member’s
convenience.
