LV= has been named general insurer of the year at the prestigious British Insurance Awards that were held last night at the Royal Albert Hall.

The general insurer of the year category recognises companies that demonstrate a commitment to meeting customer needs and delivering a high quality of service. The judges praised LV= for its excellent customer service, employee engagement and claims service. LV= was also commended for regenerating the brand and producing strong financial results.
