June 28-- York resident Joel Duttera summed up his opinion of the Supreme Court's health care ruling pretty succinctly. "If America can't run Medicare and Social Security, why would they want to be in the insurance business? He was hardly the only Yorker discouraged by the Supreme Court ruling.
