scorecard for 19th time in 20
scorecards

Progressive.com has been awarded the #1 spot for online car insurance
websites by Keynote® Competitive Research, the industry analysis group
of Keynote Systems (NASDAQ: KEYN). Progressive has sat atop the list for
19 of the last 20 scorecards dating back to 2000, demonstrating
consistent excellence in the insurance space. The Keynote Q2 2012
Insurance Carrier Scorecard praises Progressive.com for offering so many
features to the customer in real-time, while providing excellent
customer support options that make the insurance shopping experience
easier.
