Expands Insurity’s App Factory Configurator for Policy Decisions -
Empowering insurers with easy forms creation, control, functionality,
and flexibility
SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
At the IASA Annual Conference, Insurity, Inc., a provider of core
insurance processing software and services, today launched its new
standards-based Forms Authoring Tool to expand the capabilities and
benefits of Insurity’s App Factory Configurator. The Forms Authoring
Tool is delivered in the Cloud and is immediately available for new
Insurity proprietary lines implementations. The Forms Authoring Tool is
already being used in a pilot environment at Insurity's client, SPARTA
Insurance Company. The new tool will be made available this year for all
Insurity Policy Decisions clients.
The Forms Authoring Tool is one in a series of tools to be offered by
Insurity that are designed to provide even more capability, flexibility,
and customer control for insurers using Insurity’s Insurance Decisions
Suite. With 51 insurers currently in production with Policy Decisions,
the addition of the Forms Authoring Tool gives Policy Decisions users
additional forms capabilities as well as the opportunity to self-manage
their forms environment. Based on Microsoft Word, insurers can quickly
become proficient with the Forms Authoring Tool without the need for
extensive training or support.
Commenting on the Forms Authoring Tool, Enrico Ferrante, SPARTA
Insurance Company’s Senior Vice President of Operations, stated, “While
we are still fairly early in our use of the Forms Authoring Tool, we
have been impressed with the forms creation and management capabilities,
and especially the tool’s ease-of-use. Like many insurers, SPARTA
Insurance Company is looking to technology to continue to enhance our
operation and make us more efficient as well as self-sufficient. We are
especially pleased when a vendor partner like Insurity recognizes the
value of putting the control in our hands to enable us to manage our own
environment. We have been an Insurity client for a long time and
appreciate the investment Insurity continues to make to add value to
existing products to allow us to enjoy a greater return on our Insurity
investments.”
Highlights of the Forms Authoring Tool include:
-
Delivers the power and flexibility of forms creation and maintenance
to Insurity Policy Decisions customers;
-
Offers the ability to test fill-in of forms immediately after creation;
-
Ensures a seamless delivery within the Insurity application update
service based on client defined schedules;
-
Supports integration with both Insurity and client developed content
without requiring manual synchronization; and
-
Supports advanced printing options including bar coding, color, image
overlays, multiple trays, watermarks, and PDF document delivery.
Jeffrey Glazer, Insurity CEO, added, “We have enjoyed a long and
mutually beneficial relationship with our insurer clients, and we
believe they remain loyal to Insurity in large part because we are
committed to their ongoing success. By employing innovative new
strategies and continuing to enhance our existing and proven product
family, we are able to offer more value-add like the new Forms Authoring
Tool. Stay tuned as we continue to roll out additional tools to build on
