WHITE PLAINS, NY, October 21, 2009 – John Dubil, president of AliGraphics, an affiliate of Amalgamated Life Insurance, announced the appointment of David Fairchild to the position of printing sales executive for AliGraphics, a printing and typographic services company.

In announcing the appointment, Mr. Dubil said, “David Fairchild is a welcome addition to the AliGraphics team.  He has more than 30 years experience in the printing and design field that includes pre-production, production, graphic design, training, quality control and equipment maintenance.”

Prior to joining AliGraphics, Mr. Fairchild was a partner at Ditto Design and Duplication in Dobbs Ferry, NY.  Previous positions included Spectrum Graphics, Vin Com Printing and Sir Speedy Printing, all in White Plains, NY.

Mr. Fairchild is certified by the Association for Graphic Communication to manage a graphic arts firm.  He is an adjunct professor at SUNY Purchase and currently acts as a pro bono consultant for the School of Art and Design.
